Recently, WELLE has won leachate treatment operation project of Beijing Chaoyang Circular Economy Industrial Park. The Group will provide three-year term professional operation and maintenance services for the leachate treatment station at the incineration center.

Project Overview

The project is located in Jinzhan Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, within the Chaoyang Circular Economy Industrial Park, and was completed in May 2016. The landfill leachate treatment station has a design capacity of 400 m³/d (with the anaerobic treatment section designed for 600 m³/d). The leachate treated mainly comes from the waste storage pit. The treatment process consists of: “equalization tank + anaerobic + external MBR + nanofiltration (NF) + reverse osmosis (RO).”

Deepening Operation Performance

WELLE Group has been responsible for the operation and management of this project since 2021. Over the past four years, the project team has leveraged its technical expertise and refined management practices to achieve stable, efficient, and compliant operation of the leachate treatment station throughout the entire period, successfully meeting all environmental targets and operational tasks. Service Term

The service term for this project is three years, starting from October 1, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2029.

Looking ahead, WELLE will take this project as an opportunity to strictly follow the tender documents and contract terms, assemble a professional project management team, optimize operation and maintenance plans based on past operational experience, and further refine process control, equipment maintenance, safety assurance, and other aspects of work — fully committed to ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the leachate treatment station.
